So... sex? Yeah. It's really kind of amazing. I didn't think it was, but I've seen the error of my ways.

In the event that my past self learns to time travel...
When you're sixteen, you're going to have this horrible sexual experience. An inexperienced boy is going to stick his penis in you one single time and then leave you laying there when you manage to accidentally knee him in the testicles. Do not judge all sexual experiences off of that one. It gets better... much better. Trust me.

P.S. On March 20th, 2010, you're going to crave coffee. Don't fight the urge. It's going to be one of the best things that's ever happened to you.
